Managing Aggressive Student Behaviors

This course will provide ideas for personal self-regulation, maintaining a calm and safe learning environment, and managing escalated behaviors. Participants will learn to navigate uncomfortable conversations with students and avoid uncontrolled escalation, as well how to deal with escalated behaviors.
