The Anchorage Education Association (AEA) is a strong, united community of more than 2,400 educators dedicated to making a difference for students, schools, and the future of Anchorage.
As part of a broader network, AEA is affiliated with NEA-Alaska, representing 9,500 educators across the state, and the National Education Association, a nationwide community of 3 million members committed to public education. Together, we advocate for our profession, support one another, and work to ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed.

The Rights Committee consists of members like you who are trained to assist with any issues concerning contract rights guaranteed in our negotiated agreement with the district.
